    Customer service sucks!! Not to mention the water department can't reconnect after 1 pm but paid until 5 pm. Called mum droid times about my high water bill only tone told I would recieve a $890 credit that never happened!!!

    We went there to have water turned on and the service was very slow. We only had two people in front of us and it took over 30 mins for us to get out of there. Be aware that this location has a sign saying they shut down for lunch, which would have iritated me if we would have arrived about an hour later. The service may not have been as bad if they had more people working. There were multiple desks but only one person was working when we were there. Once we were dealing with the representative, the impression she gave was that she was knowledgeable and she effectively established our service.
