- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I needed to get a replacement SS card for my 88 year old mother, who is in an ALF. Taking her out of the facility is a challenge, since she is wheelchair bound, but I knew she needed to be with me in order to get the replacement card. I had read reviews about what a nightmare it is dealing with the SS offices so I was anxious to say the least. I was beyond thrilled with how quickly we were seen and how kind and helpful the staff was. Both DJ and Mary were wonderful and made the experience a pleasant one.
